I am P. Sankararaja Pandian from Coimbatore.  I had Shingles (Herpes Zoster) in April 2019.  It was painful and scary.  I was told that there is no cure for Shingles, but can only be managed!!. 

I consulted a Dermatologist and was prescribed with antiviral drug & ointment.  The Dermatologist told me that it requires close follow up to avoid post-herpetic neuralgia as I am aged over 50 years.
